Spotted this the other day - an excellent example of a Plumber who understands the benefits of Niche Marketing
How many times have you wanted a small plumbing job done around the home - but when you look to find a plumber, they all look over qualified and Too Expensive to repair a leaking tap. Well now you need not worry - because there is at least one plumber in the world who takes on small jobs.
And my bet is that he does rather well at it!

I have just watched this video - Watch it - you will be glad you did.
Personal Note: I like to think I’m a tough guy but at the end of this video there was the glisten of a tear in my eye - but not with sadness - it was with immense pride and gratefullness to share my time on Earth with people of the calibre of Randy Pausch

And Randy Pausch has some amazing things to say about Childhood Dreams:

These videos was forwarded to me today by Mark Anastasi - I strongly recommend you watch both of them. Sound quality is not that great in places but the message is awesome.
Great videos on the nature of money, the law of attraction and being in the ABUNDANCE ENERGY. These guys are clearly doing well for themselves - but most of all note their attitudes, their beliefs, especially the GRATITUDE they show.
Yes, I know the video is a bit of a Pitch for Ben Lowrey and Mark Anastasi for their Systems - but that doesn’t change the fact that the message is spot on!

I am always being asked where do you find a Web Application / SEO Tool to do this job or that when it comes to analyzing a website or web page.
I have of course got my favourites - but today I found what I consider the best SEO GOLDMINE of the lot. It claims to have 136 SEO Tools - but I have not counted them.
This SEO Tools page has links to the best SEO Tools on the internet and these tools will help you to optimize your website and move your search engine position higher.
Not all the tools work - or at least not in my experience using IE7 - but some pretty useful ones - Go check it out
Back in the early 80’s I produced an Audio Programme called: Super Selling. Today, for the first time in years I was reviewing the transcript from this audio programme and way at the back of the file, along with some other ‘positive sales quotes’ I found the following I am a Salesman MESSAGE. Obviously it appealed to me at the time
Perhaps a little dated today - but in an age when many sales people like to say they are in ‘marketing’ rather than ever admit they are sales people it is very much worth a read - if for no other reason than the fact that this is I suppose now a Historical Document.

An interesting statement by GOOGLE - that was brought to my attention today by a post at bmyers.com
Google’s newest webmaster guidelines specifically state that if your site is participating in a ‘link to me, and I’ll link to you’ scheme, Google will ban you from their search results.
Creating good content pays off: Links are usually editorial votes given by choice, and the buzzing blogger community can be an excellent place to generate interest. In addition, submit your site to relevant directories such as the Open Directory Project and Yahoo!, as well as to other industry-specific expert sites.
As someone who is spammed everyday by people wishing to exchange links with me (which I reject) I for one, am happy to see this.
Of course it does raise the question as to what is or is not a GENUINE Link - and I can see why two webmasters may link to each other for perfectly genuine reasons.
So you want to think like a loser? Ok, well here is a 10 step guide on how to become the ultimate loser:
1. Learn that if anything is worth doing, it would have been done already.
