Group Interview For Future Millionaires
My friend Des Vadgama tipped me of about this ‘interview” video on YouTube.
The “interview” style reminds me of my early days in the world of Double Glazing Direct Sales — and group interviews to find those unique individuals who could actually make it in the world of Commission Only Direct Sales. Mind you, we were never as HARDCORE as this — actually we were really wussy’s in comparison 
WARNING: If you are the sensitive type and in particular if you have issues with the F Word, then do not watch - it will offend!
The film takes a look at the world of “boiler room” (seedy, dishonorable, and often fraudulent) brokerage firms - Double Glazing sales was quite tame by comparison.

I was in the financial sales many years ago and I recall making it compulsory for any new recruits to watch it on their first day.
Guess what? I did throw my car key on the table too but it was a BMW and not a Ferrari….
